About the Pomodoro Technique

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. It uses a timer to break work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.

1

Choose a task to work on

2

Set the timer for 25 minutes

3

Work on the task until the timer rings

4

Take a short break (5 minutes)

After completing four pomodoros, take a longer break (15-30 minutes) to recharge. This technique helps maintain focus and avoid burnout.
